Học Bổng Toàn Phần Bậc Đại Học Tại Đại học Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) 2023-2024

Đại học Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) là một trường đại học Hồi giáo tư nhân. Nó được thành lập bởi tổ chức Muhammadiyah. Trường cũng có một số trung tâm và viện nghiên cứu tập trung vào các lĩnh vực nghiên cứu cụ thể. UMS cũng được biết đến với các tổ chức sinh viên tích cực, các đội thể thao và các hoạt động văn hóa. ? MÔ TẢ NGẮN GỌN TRAO ĐỔI SINH VIÊN:

Học bổng ưu tiên quốc tế, còn được gọi là IPS, là học bổng cấp bằng đại học do Đại học Muhammadiyah Surakarta cung cấp. IPS tạo cơ hội cho thanh niên Hồi giáo tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông ở các nước đang phát triển theo đạo Hồi.

? CẤP ĐỘ/LĨNH VỰC HỌC TẬP 

Tất cả các Chương trình Đại học (cả Chính quy và Quốc tế) đều có tại Đại học Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Lớp Thông thường sử dụng tiếng Bahasa làm phương tiện giảng dạy trong khi Lớp Quốc tế được cung cấp bằng tiếng Anh.

? GIÁ TRỊ HỌC BỔNG

Các lợi ích học bổng thường bao gồm:

  • Miễn học phí
  • Trợ cấp 1.200.000 IDR/Tháng (TUY NHIÊN, xin lưu ý rằng tính đủ điều kiện để nhận tiền hàng tháng khoản trợ cấp sẽ phụ thuộc vào quyết định của Hội đồng quản trị trường đại học. Các thông báo về việc người nhận học bổng có nhận được tiền trợ cấp hay không sẽ được nêu trong LoA của họ.)
  • Các dịch vụ y tế trong khuôn viên trường và tiếng Bahasa Indonesia cho quốc tế

Khóa học dành cho sinh viên (BIPA) dành cho những người muốn đăng ký vào Chương trình chính quy.

Học bổng được cung cấp cho 8 học kỳ.

  • Đối với học bổng hệ Đại học: 
    • Học phí: cho 8 học kỳ (Đại học)
    • Trợ cấp sinh hoạt 1.750.000 IDR/tháng
    • Trợ cấp sách vở 50.000 IDR/tháng
    • Bảo hiểm y tế
    • Lệ phí thị thực
    • Vé máy bay khứ hồi
  • Vì một số quốc gia không có đại sứ quán ở Indonesia nên sinh viên sẽ khó gia hạn hộ chiếu. Do đó, chúng tôi khuyên bạn nên có hộ chiếu còn hiệu lực tối thiểu 18 tháng khi nộp đơn xin học bổng.

? ĐIỀU KIỆN ỨNG VIÊN  

Để đủ điều kiện nhận Học bổng, ứng viên phải:

  • Tối thiểu là 18 tuổi tại thời điểm bắt đầu nhận Học bổng
  • Là công dân của một quốc gia đang phát triển theo đạo Hồi và đang cư trú và nộp đơn cho học bổng từ quốc tịch của họ
  • Không kết hôn, đính hôn với, hoặc trên thực tế của một người nắm giữ, hoặc đủ điều kiện để nắm giữ, quốc tịch Indonesia hoặc thường trú, bất cứ lúc nào trong thời gian nộp đơn và lựa chọn.
  • Không phải là quân nhân đang phục vụ
  • Không phải là công dân Indonesia, không có hộ khẩu thường trú tại Indonesia hoặc là đang xin thị thực để sống ở Indonesia vĩnh viễn
  • Có thể đáp ứng các yêu cầu nhập học do UMS đặt ra
  • Có thể đáp ứng tất cả các yêu cầu của Bộ Di Trú
  • Không được kết hôn

? ĐIỀU KIỆN HỌC BỔNG 

Khi nhận học bổng, người nhận học bổng đồng ý với những điều sau của điều kiện học bổng:

Nghĩa vụ 

Những người nhận học bổng đồng ý rằng họ phải:

1. Bắt đầu nhận Học bổng trong năm học được cung cấp

2. Tham gia Chương trình định hướng do UMS sắp xếp

3. Tham gia khóa học tiếng Bahasa Indonesia dành cho những người muốn đăng ký học Chính quy Chương trình và KHÔNG được trượt khóa học

4. Chỉ thực hiện khóa học đã được phê duyệt mà Học bổng được cấp được cung cấp, tuân thủ các quy tắc của tổ chức, nộp tất cả các mục đánh giá cần thiết cho khóa học và dự thi, và hoàn thành học bổng khóa học của người nhận và Học bổng trước ngày kết thúc

5. KHÔNG thay đổi Khoa (Chương trình Nghiên cứu) sau khi họ đến UMS

6. KHÔNG ghi danh vào Tổ chức Cao hơn ngoài UMS

7. Tuân thủ luật pháp áp dụng ở Indonesia

8. Về nước sau khi học xong

Trong thời gian nhận Học bổng, người nhận học bổng phải:

1. Luôn duy trì chương trình học toàn thời gian

2. Duy trì điểm trung bình tích lũy của anh ấy / cô ấy ở mức không dưới 2,75 trong mỗi học kỳ

3. Cung cấp số điện thoại và địa chỉ chính xác cho Văn phòng Ngoại giao Quốc tế công việc

4. Duy trì liên lạc với Văn phòng Đối ngoại Quốc tế

5. KHÔNG hoạt động

6. KHÔNG kết hôn

Hộ chiếu

Người nhận học bổng đồng ý đáp ứng tất cả các yêu cầu thị thực được xác định bởi Bộ phận nhập cư. Vui lòng liên hệ đại diện lãnh sự quán Indonesia ở quốc gia của bạn.

Nghĩa vụ tài chính

Người nhận học bổng thừa nhận rằng người nhận học bổng chịu trách nhiệm cho tất cả các chi phí xảy ra trong thời gian Học bổng không được bảo hiểm bởi các quyền lợi Học bổng.

Chi phí y tế

Người nhận học bổng thừa nhận rằng Bảo hiểm Y tế của họ có thể không chi trả tất cả các chi phí y tế và người nhận học bổng phải chịu trách nhiệm cho bất kỳ khoản bổ sung nào chi phí do chúng gây ra.

Học bổng và nghiên cứu khác

Người nhận học bổng sẽ không giữ học bổng nào khác ngoài IPS trong thời gian nghiên cứu của họ trong UMS

Sự riêng tư

Người nhận học bổng đồng ý với IO UMS, Bộ Di trú và Cục Đào tạo Đại học sưu tầm, trao đổi, sử dụng và tiết lộ thông tin về người nhận học bổng bao gồm, nhưng không giới hạn, nền tảng học vấn của họ, chương trình học tập của họ ở Indonesia và

thành tích chuyên môn trước hoặc sau khi nhận được Học bổng, và bao gồm nó trong tài liệu quảng cáo như vậy.

Chấm dứt học bổng

Người nhận học bổng thừa nhận rằng UMS có quyền chấm dứt học bổng và rút hỗ trợ bất cứ lúc nào, kể cả nếu người nhận học bổng:

1. Không tuân thủ điều kiện của Học bổng

2. Không đạt được tiến bộ thành công trong học tập (ví dụ: điểm trung bình tích lũy cho một học kỳ nhỏ hơn 2,75)

3. Bị UMS loại trừ vì hành vi sai trái (theo định nghĩa của UMS)

4. Vắng mặt trong Chương trình Định hướng khi đến UMS

5. Không đạt môn BIFIS đối với người theo học chương trình đại học chính quy tại mà các khóa học được dạy bằng tiếng Bahasa Indonesia

6. Không thể tiếp tục chương trình do bệnh nặng hoặc không có khả năng

lý do y tế/sức khỏe tâm thần

7. Hành vi sai trái theo tiêu chuẩn cộng đồng Indonesia chấp nhận được

8. Bị phát hiện có hành vi lừa đảo

9. Bị kết tội

10. Được phát hiện đã kết hôn

11. Được tìm thấy để làm việc

12. Bị phát hiện ghi danh vào các tổ chức khác ngoài UMS

? CÁCH THỨC ĐĂNG KÝ

Để áp dụng IPS, các ứng viên cần hoàn thành biểu mẫu trực tuyến do Văn phòng Quan hệ Quốc tế của UMS cung cấp. Khi hoàn thành biểu mẫu, người nộp đơn cần tải lên tài liệu sau:

  1. Bản scan chứng chỉ gốc. Nếu tài liệu không phải bằng tiếng Anh, người nộp đơn phải cung cấp bản dịch được xác nhận bởi người có thẩm quyền, để biết chi tiết về yêu cầu của mình, vui lòng đọc phần ‘Chứng nhận tài liệu’)
  2. Bản scan học bạ gốc (nếu tài liệu của bạn không phải bằng tiếng Anh, vui lòng cung cấp bản dịch được xác nhận bởi người có thẩm quyền, để biết chi tiết về yêu cầu của họ, vui lòng đọc phần ‘Chứng nhận tài liệu’)
  3. Bản scan tài liệu gốc để chứng minh trình độ tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Bahasa (tùy thuộc vào chương trình mà ứng viên đăng ký)
  4. Bài luận về thành tích bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Bahasa, được đánh máy ở định dạng Word, sử dụng Times New Roman, cỡ chữ 12, cách nhau 1,5 và không ít hơn 1500 từ (không bắt buộc)
  5. Bài luận về kinh nghiệm tổ chức bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Bahasa, được đánh máy ở định dạng Word, sử dụng Times New Roman, cỡ chữ 12, cách nhau 1,5 và không ít hơn 1500 từ (không bắt buộc)
  6. Bản quét Thư giới thiệu gốc bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Bahasa từ một người thừa nhận thành tích học tập, thành tích hoặc kinh nghiệm tổ chức của người nộp đơn.
