Trường Quốc Tế Liên Hợp Quốc Hà Nội (UNIS) là trường tư, một tổ chức phi chính phủ được thành lập vào năm 1988 dưới sự hỗ trợ từ Chương trình phát triển Liên hợp quốc tại Việt Nam (UNDP). Ngôi trường được xây dựng với mục tiêu chuyên đào tạo, giáo dục những đứa trẻ là con của cán bộ Liên hợp quốc. Hiện tại trường còn là nơi nuôi dưỡng con em của những nhà ngoại giao, nhân viên cứu trợ, doanh nhân và những người nước ngoài đang sinh sống và làm việc tại Việt Nam. Lớp học dành cho độ tuổi từ mầm non tới cấp 3, ngoài ra trường còn cung cấp chứng chỉ IB cho học sinh lớp 11 và 12.
Vị trí thực tập: Procurement office intern
– Hỗ trợ nhận và kiểm hàng được giao đến, phân loại và chuyển hàng giao đi.

The United Nations International School of Hanoi is an international school in Hanoi, Vietnam. It is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1988 with the support of the United Nations DevelopmentProgramme in Vietnam (UNDP) with the aim of providing an education to the children of UN staff and others. It now caters to the children of diplomats, aid workers, businessmen, and other expatriates living and working in Hanoi. Classes range from pre-school to high school, and the IB Diploma is available to students in grade 11 and 12.
PROCUREMENT OFFICE INTERN
Department: Procurement Office
Position: Procurement Intern
Reports to: Procurement Manager
Working Hours: From 8.00AM to 5.00PM, Monday through Friday
Period : From June to Sep

Position: Intern
Reports to: Procurement Officer/Manager
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Procurement Office in finding local and international vendors, obtaining quotes, comparative quotes and complete paperwork related to Procurement included but not limited to Vendor Evaluation Form, Delivery Slip, Payment documents ect
- Supporting to input data into tracking sheet and software as instructed
- Assisting Procurement Office to dispense, check out stationery and check stationery inventory.
- Supporting to receive and check goods for arrived orders and categorize, deliver to Purchase
- Requesters/Teachers/Departments
- Support Procurement Office in paperwork of customs clearance for (non)instructional material with Department of Culture and Information, Express Courier like DHL, FEDEX ect and Customs Office
- Support Procurement Office to go to Express Courier to get the dispatch/cleared package
- Support other paperwork and tasks assigned by Procurement team
Requirements:
- Willing to learn
- Good at English (4 skills)
- Hard working, enthusiastic, dynamic
